Pre-Order and Custom/Made-to-Order Items

• No Cancellations or Refunds: All pre-order and custom made-to-order items are final sale. Due to the specialized nature of these products, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or issue refunds once the order is placed.

Ready-to-Ship Items

• Cancellation Window: Orders for ready-to-ship items may be canceled within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

• Refund Process: If you cancel a ready-to-ship item within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

• After 24 Hours: No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for ready-to-ship items after the 24-hour cancellation window has passed.
